1. Order Cancellation

• Order preparation start hone se pehle cancel ho sakta hai.
• Preparation ya delivery start hone ke baad cancellation possible na ho.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Online payment successful but order accepted nahi hua
• Store order fulfill nahi kar paya
• Duplicate payment
• Valid cancellation before processing

3. Refund Status

• Cancelled
• Refund Pending
• Refund Successful
• Refund Failed
